• Abilities:
- Time Freeze. An ability in which he is able to stop the time. This ability can last as long as 5 mins.
- Sword Fight and Maneuvering. He is very familiar with swinging sword. He have no trouble in close combat. Totally good in maneuvering all types of plane.
- Picturing Past. An ability in which he is able to picture out someone's past. This ability occasionally happens, means that he is not the one controlling it.

• History:
Cielo was abandoned by his biological parents when he was a baby. He was adopted by the Seymour mistress, not long until the young mistress hooked up with a guy from the Leoscuro household and decided to raise Cielo together.
Cielo had a doting family that would give him everything, anything he wanted.

Once Cielo hit the age of 13, something big happened to his life. He turned out to have an ability to look into someone's past and he seemed to be moving faster than any other people. This occurrence lit up the suspicion of his parents. His father took this case seriously and talked to his family. His family had a very wide range of intelligence connection and this led to his father's knowing that Cielo is different from the other children—very different.
His father did some thesis about what had happened to his boy. Turned out that Cielo has the ability to mess with time. It's not like he is able to move time back and forth. He has the ability to stop the time from moving. Concerning to his vision of past, turned out that the ability happened by itself and Cielo had no control of it.
Knowing what her child is, it was a huge shock for the mother. She didn't regret picking him up, she regretted that someday she had to give away her child because of the boy's extraordinary ability.

When Cielo hit the age of 18, he was sent to the military and trained as an air force. He seemed to be learning even faster than the other cadets. Some hated him, some looked upon him. Even if he had amazing fighting skill, he knew that this wasn't his effort. It was already a special blessing along with his time jam ability. He wasn't proud of what he is capable of. He sometimes wish that he had no super power.

About months after he was sent to the military force, his mother passed away and his father was nowhere to be found. Some assumed that they were both killed. This news reached the very ears of Cielo. He was hard hit, and blamed himself for the incident. A year later, it was finally revealed that some nasty mafia groups killed them. But still, Cielo carried all the blame and never let go.

There was this one day when he saw himself on the mirror, he could look into his own past. He finally knew that he was abandoned by his biological parents because of the mark on his abdomen. The permanent tattoo which he has ignored for years. It was the thing that made him different. He was so desperate that on his first flight attempt, he purposely crashed himself.
He fell to a deserted place and hoped for death. His suicidal attempt didn't work out so well. He hoped that he would directly die, but he had to suffer the pain.
"I'm homeless, I'm noone, nowhere," is what he thought that time until a man ran to him at the deserted place and slit his hand immediately with a dagger. He dropped his blood on Cielo's wounds and somehow they healed. The pain slowly went away and the man started to talk,
"I have heard a lot about you—about your special ability. I think, you belong to me."
The man offered his hand and put up a wide grin, saying,

"I'm Eloy. I'm your home now."

• Personality:
- An active boy, loves to talk a lot and quite friendly.
- Is somehow pessimistic and optimistic at the same time.
- The one who always voluntarily takes all the blame.
- He can't be all serious and like to joke a lot. But he takes his responsibility seriously.

• Extras:
- He is a full Spanish.
- His adoptive mother (Elizabeth Seymour) is a British and his adoptive father (Javier Leoscuro) is a Spanish. They met and married in Spain.
- He is a total mechanic freak and loves to collect types of watch and clock.
- He is into Steampunk style.
- He loves horror movies and american-british TV series.

• Relationship:

Ciel was sent to a military training in Swiss when suddenly he ment Voix and dated him for a while. They broke up due to sudden changes from both side. A day after they broke up, Ciel went back to Spain.

They both love thriller movies. They accidentally met at 'The Conjuring' premiere in Paris (yes. From Barcelona to Paris is only 2-day-drive). None in the cinema chuckle nor laugh like them.

Lyx shows interest in Ciel's time freeze. Even though Ciel hates his ability at first, now he's starting to reconsider it.
